I believe the life you're hoping for begins with believing it's possible.
Sometimes we don't need more advice.
We need clarity.
Perspective.
Encouragement.
Someone who believes in what's possible until we're able to believe in ourselves again.
As a Certified Life Coach (CLCI), my role is to help you reconnect with who you've always been beneath the expectations, setbacks, and self-doubt.
Together, we'll create space to uncover your strengths, clarify your goals, and move forward with intention.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, rebuilding confidence, pursuing a dream, or simply feeling ready for something more, coaching offers a place to pause, reflect, and grow.
Because meaningful change begins with one intentional step.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
Is Coaching Right for You?
Life coaching may be a good fit if you're ready to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
Sometimes the first step is simply deciding you don't want to stay where you are.

Questions & Coaching Options
A relaxed conversation to learn about you, your goals, and what you are hoping to create. We will explore where you are today, answer your questions, and determine whether coaching feels like the right fit. There is no pressure or commitment—only an opportunity to have an honest conversation and see whether we work well together. If we decide to move forward, we will create a coaching experience thoughtfully tailored to your goals.
Every session is personalized to your goals, values, and current season of life. Together, we will create space for meaningful conversation, fresh perspective, intentional action, and lasting growth. Each session is designed to help you leave feeling more grounded, confident, and clear about your next steps. Whether you are navigating change, rebuilding confidence, or pursuing a meaningful goal, our work will move at a pace that feels authentic to you.
A six-session journey offers consistent support as you begin creating momentum toward a meaningful goal or navigating an important season of change. This experience provides time for reflection, accountability, intentional action, and thoughtful adjustments as your needs evolve. It is ideal for those who want structured support while building confidence, clarity, and sustainable progress.
The twelve-session journey is our most comprehensive coaching experience. It is designed for deeper exploration, meaningful transformation, and the steady development of habits, confidence, and self-trust over time. Through ongoing partnership, reflection, and accountability, we will create space for lasting progress that feels aligned with your values and the life you are building.
Life coaching is a collaborative, future-focused partnership designed to help you gain clarity, identify meaningful goals, and take intentional steps forward. Coaching creates space to explore your values, strengths, possibilities, and next steps while providing encouragement, perspective, and accountability. The coach does not tell you how to live your life. The process is designed to help you recognize your own insight, make informed choices, and create progress that feels authentic to you.
Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Therapy is provided by a licensed mental health professional and may focus on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, processing trauma, relieving psychological distress, or addressing patterns that significantly affect daily functioning. Life coaching is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. It is generally future-focused and centered on personal development, decision-making, accountability, confidence, habits, and meaningful goals. When therapy or another level of care would better support your needs, an appropriate referral will be encouraged.
No. A mental health diagnosis is not required to participate in life coaching. Coaching is intended for individuals who want support with personal growth, life transitions, confidence, accountability, intentional habits, decision-making, or meaningful personal and professional goals. Life coaching is not used to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Yes. Coaching may complement psychiatric care when each service remains clearly defined and appropriate for your needs. Psychiatric care focuses on clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management when indicated. Coaching focuses on personal development, clarity, accountability, habits, and goal-directed action. Participation in one service does not require participation in the other, and each service maintains its own scope, boundaries, records, and informed-consent process.
Life coaching is not limited by the same state licensure requirements that apply to psychiatric care and may be available to individuals outside North Carolina. Availability may depend on location, scheduling, technology, and whether coaching is appropriate for your goals and circumstances. Psychiatric services remain available only where the psychiatric provider is legally authorized to practice and where the patient is physically located at the time of care.
The frequency of coaching sessions is based on your goals, preferences, and the level of support that feels most helpful. Many clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. The schedule can be adjusted over time as your needs, goals, and circumstances evolve.
Coaching conversations are treated with care, respect, and discretion. However, life coaching is not psychotherapy, and coaching communications may not carry the same legal privileges or protections that apply to treatment provided by a licensed mental health professional. The coaching agreement will explain privacy practices, communication methods, recordkeeping, professional boundaries, and any circumstances in which information may need to be disclosed.
Life coaching supports personal growth, clarity, confidence, and intentional goal achievement. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for licensed mental health care. If your needs extend beyond the scope of coaching, you will be encouraged and supported in finding the level of care that best serves you.
Every meaningful journey begins with a single step.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Sometimes all it takes is one conversation to gain clarity, rediscover confidence, and begin moving toward the life you've been hoping to create.
Whether you're navigating a transition, pursuing a new goal, or simply feeling ready for something more, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
When you're ready, let's begin.
