Is coaching available outside North Carolina?

Yes.

Because life coaching is not a licensed mental health service, virtual coaching is available to clients throughout the United States.

How often do we meet?

Most clients choose to meet every one to two weeks, depending on their goals and schedule.

Together, we'll determine a coaching rhythm that provides consistent support while allowing time to apply what you're learning between sessions.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Yes.

Please note that life coaching is not healthcare and is not protected under HIPAA unless provided as part of a healthcare service.
