Care is delivered in a structured and intentional manner to support accuracy, safety, and meaningful progress over time.
This includes consistent follow-up, thoughtful pacing of treatment decisions, and a shared commitment to continuity of care.
Appointments are scheduled in advance and begin promptly at the designated time.
Patients are expected to attend sessions as scheduled or provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule.
Communication outside of scheduled appointments is limited to administrative matters such as scheduling and coordination.
Clinical concerns, medication adjustments, and treatment discussions are addressed during scheduled visits to ensure safe and appropriate care.
This practice does not provide crisis or emergency support between appointments.
Medication decisions are made based on clinical evaluation, medical history, and ongoing assessment.
Prescribing is approached thoughtfully and conservatively, with attention to safety, appropriateness, and long-term outcomes.
Certain medications or treatment requests may require additional evaluation, documentation, or may not be appropriate within a telehealth setting.

It does not provide emergency services, crisis stabilization, inpatient care, or court-mandated evaluations.
